What Clients Say

She went above and beyond to support us throughout the entire process. She was even working on our loan calculations past midnight to make sure everything was in place. We would not be able to secure this unit or have the entire process run so smoothly without her strong support. She coordinated closely with different parties, negotiated to get us the best deal, and always made sure everything was taken care of. We are truly grateful for her commitment, responsiveness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

In a market saturated with agents eager to make a quick buck off home buyers, Shirley truly stands out from the crowd. Her commitment to educating her clients immediately built my confidence in her as an agent. She genuinely listens and respects a buyer’s needs, wants, and abilities. Shirley takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their circumstances, and guide them through the purchasing process. She isn’t afraid to caution clients when they’re making poor housing decisions and will walk away from a transaction that doesn’t serve their best interests—without a second thought about her own profit. These are my personal experiences with her over the years as a returning client. Whenever I have a housing question or concern, she’s my go-to agent without a doubt, and I recommend her with complete confidence.

The agent helping me secure buyer from her own network and get the highest pricing for the unit in the block for 4 room, thanks for the dedication and unwavering determination in helping us to achieve our property objectives

I can't speak highly enough about Shirley. Her exceptional service and unwavering commitment to finding the perfect property made our real estate journey unforgettable. Shirley is a true expert in the field, and her ability to navigate negotiations and provide valuable insights is remarkable. Working with Shirley was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we started our property search, she impressed us with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the market. Shirley was incredibly responsive and always made time for us, addressing our questions and concerns promptly. Thanks to her, we found our dream home, and we're beyond grateful. If you want a property agent who goes above and beyond, look no further than Shirley. She’s indeed a top-notch property agent.

Grateful and thankful for Shirley to sell our BUC unit. It is under construction, as such, the unit cannot be staged and no physical viewings can be conducted. If viewing from the exterior, you will see substation beside the unit. In fact, you will see the substation first then the unit. Therefore a big thank you to Shirley who amazingly sold this challenging unit during tough economic conditions of high interest rates, inflation, cooling measures etc.

Shirley is a outstanding realtor you can trust to act for you. She has great people skills and is superb in negotiating the sales price beyond our expectations. Once we entrusted the flat keys to Shirley, she handled the whole process from start to finish, fuss free and efficiently. She is able to advise on certain issues and track the whole process for us. She is professional and personable (also to our ex-neighbours whom she bumped into). The whole process is totally smooth sailing, leaving us to focus on our daily lives. We would like to thank Shirley Tan (R046604F) once again for her great service and we will recommend her to anyone wants to engage a property agent. Best regards, Mr and Mrs Wesley Tan
